Lake Charles, La.— CSE Federal Credit Union (CSE) was recently honored with two Awards, which recognize outstanding marketing achievements in the credit union industry. The awards were presented by the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council, a national network comprised of over 1,200 credit union marketing and business development professionals.
CSE’s first award presented for the Annual Report category with an entry, entitled “Louisiana Strong- 2020 Annual Report” earning Category’s Best Diamond Award. The second entry earning top accolades, was Strategic Planning, Assets under $500M category titled “The Magic of Youth Month” impressed the judges to receive the 2022 Excellence in Marketing and Business Development award. CSE partnered with restaurant, Pizza Artista to host two outdoor events with music, face painting and youth month inspired giveaways. This was the first event CSE was able to host since the pandemic. The Magic of Youth Month’s goal was to increase Youth Accounts by 60 and Teen Checking Accounts by 30. By the end of April, CSE surpassed its goal and opened 228 youth accounts and 83 teen checking accounts, the best Youth Month performance CSE has had in years. Design partnerships include Parker Brand Creative of Sulphur, LA, and PMD Group of Houston, TX.
