WCCH Foundation Welcomes New Board Member

During the May 18 West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital (WCCH) Foundation Board of Directors meeting, the WCCH Foundation welcomed two new members to the board – Richard R. Roe, IV, MD, Anesthesiologist/Medical Director of WCCH and Colleen Desselle, Chief Marketing Officer for CSE Federal Credit Union. 

Dr. Roe is a graduate of the LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport and completed his anesthesiology residency at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans. He is board certified in anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology and is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Louisiana Society of Anesthesiologists and currently sits on the board of the Louisiana Society of Anesthesiologists PAC. Dr. Roe is also active in the community, serving as a member of the SOWELA School of Nursing and Allied Health Advisory Committee. He possesses a passion for philanthropy. Dr. Roe replaces Tom Henning who served on the Foundation board for more than 20 years. 

Desselle serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for CSE Federal Credit Union, where she has worked for more than 30 years. During her time at CSE, Colleen has been involved in operations, member services, consumer lending, mortgage lending, and loan processing. She is a graduate of McNeese State University. Colleen currently serves on the board of directors of the West Cal Chamber of Commerce and is the incoming Chairperson for the 2025 term. She is active in the community and participates in various non-profit and community-related events. Desselle replaces Mrs. Nina Vincent who faithfully served on the WCCH Foundation board for 26 years.
